Real Estate Agent

National Real Estate Management Group is a full-service brokerage, construction, and property management company partnering with investors to manage a broad range of real estate investment needs and we are looking for a skilled, highly professional Real Estate Agent.

As a Real Estate Agent with NREMG, you will be responsible for serving as a point of reference between property owners and prospective buyers. You will assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale and offer advice to interested buyers. The goal is to promote and secure a mutually satisfactory agreement.

A successful candidate will be able to assist sellers by promoting and advertising their properties through a variety of marketing techniques. This person will have experience evaluating the needs of clients and will be able to make recommendations according to the clients economic capabilities. Knowledge of legal guidelines, rates, and specifications is a plus. This position requires a real estate agent license.

• Degree in real estate, business administration or a related field preferred
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Understanding of marketing and accounting principles

• 7 years of Real Estate experience with an emphasis in the investor market
• 5 years of Customer Service experience
• A valid Real Estate License
• High school diploma/GED
• Working knowledge of property regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good customer service skills
