Throughout my career, I’ve worked with investors locally and internationally, including from Israel, Australia, and Miami, helping them achieve success with affordable luxury properties. I have managed a diverse portfolio, overseeing over 3,000 market-rate multifamily units, affordable housing, and tax credit properties, ranging from newly built developments to grade A-C properties.

In addition to my real estate expertise, I am also a short sale and public housing specialist. My previous experiences include working as beauty salon business owner, a Boilermaker, traveling across the United States to work at oil refineries and power plants. Now, as a proud grandmother of five, I enjoy being a “Soccer Grandmom.”

I earned my Associates of Art from Wayne County Community College and am a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Notary Public. In my career as a Property Manager, I love helping my community and creating welcoming living spaces for residents. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, swimming, and having family gatherings. I’m also a boy mom and an animal lover. Tierney was born and raised in Chicago before moving to the heart of New York City. Tierney began her real estate career at a boutique real estate firm. She immediately fell in love with the energetic and fast-paced real estate culture of New York. Working in New York, her passion for real estate quickly brought her success and recognition as one of Midtown Manhattan's top agents. She developed a refined white-glove customer experience and enjoyed building genuine relationships with her clients. After a successful career in NYC, Tierney and her artist husband brought their talents to Detroit. "I see Detroit as a city on the verge of a dramatic revival. The city is vibrant, with so much culture embedded in each neighborhood. Detroit is primed for a real estate boom and I want to play a key role in making it happen," says Tierney. She enjoys novels with a strong female lead, acting in fringe theatre, and going on long hikes.

I was raised in a family business and learned at an early age the importance of doing what you love and doing it well.

My formal career path focused on supporting retail commercial business, private shopping center property management, and real estate investment trusts (REITS). As the Vice President of Leasing, operating as a Broker, I supported tenants and branded stores located across the country in hometown malls. Working for these customers also provided me the chance to nationally showcase my skills in human resources training, leasing, construction, and capital management.

As the shopping center industry shifted, I transitioned to specializing in residential home sales which also included sales for new home construction. I'm currently focused on working with residential homes as well as commercial property sales. I have a continued passion to support my customers and partners with decades of industry experience led
with a family touch.

Connaé Pisani is a prominent licensed broker, builder, investor, and founder of National Real Estate Management Group.

After graduating from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Civil Engineering, Connaé began traveling internationally working on high-profile, multi-billion-dollar projects in the oil and construction industries.

Civil Engineer turned real estate entrepreneur, Connaé brings her expertise of engineering and construction to the growth and development of your real estate investment portfolio. Connaé's approach is simple: to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time for her clients.
