I was raised in a family business and learned at an early age the importance of doing what you love and doing it well.

My formal career path focused on supporting retail commercial business, private shopping center property management, and real estate investment trusts (REITS). As the Vice President of Leasing, operating as a Broker, I supported tenants and branded stores located across the country in hometown malls. Working for these customers also provided me the chance to nationally showcase my skills in human resources training, leasing, construction, and capital management.

As the shopping center industry shifted, I transitioned to specializing in residential home sales which also included sales for new home construction. I'm currently focused on working with residential homes as well as commercial property sales. I have a continued passion to support my customers and partners with decades of industry experience led

After graduating from the University of Michigan with a BSE in Civil Engineering, Connaé began traveling internationally working on high-profile, multi-billion-dollar projects in the oil and construction industries.
