Connaé Pisani is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Principal Broker of National Real Estate Management Group (NREMG), bringing an investor and operator’s perspective to real estate brokerage.

As a broker, engineer, builder, and investor, Connaé understands that a successful real estate transaction extends well beyond the closing table. She evaluates properties through the lens of value, risk, execution, and long-term performance, drawing on experience across acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction, and property management.

Connaé began her career in engineering and construction with global firms including Bechtel and Halliburton, working on complex, multi-billion-dollar projects across international markets. She brought that analytical and execution-focused experience to real estate, founding NREMG in 2018 after returning to her hometown of Metro Detroit.

Today, NREMG operates across Michigan, Washington, Texas, and Nevada, backed by a track record encompassing more than 1,000 units and over $100 million in aggregate asset value.
