With over 20 years of real estate success and now as a managing broker for the past 8 years. Along with my prior 20-year career at Boeing, 12 of which were in management, as an experienced manager with a passion for fostering growth and development through coaching and training. I believe in the power of a coaching-oriented leadership style to bring out the best in individuals and teams. With a strong background in both management and coaching techniques, I have successfully guided team members to achieve their goals while creating a positive and collaborative work environment. I teach and coach with humor and my personality allows me to put people at ease. Being available when my agents need me is very important to me and I take great pride in that, I truly love helping my agents set and surpass their goals. I have 2 beautiful daughters and 3 amazing grandchildren, 2 girls and 1 boy. My hobbies include spending time with family, hunting, camping, fishing, golf.
